All services are subject to a minimum labour charge of £30.
**In the event the Operating System (i.e. Windows, Mac OS etc.) has to be reinstalled through hardware failure or software issues, the customer will need to supply the original installation / restore disk and the appropriate license keys or activation codes. Failure to do so may result in the repair not being completed. In this event the customer will still be liable for the cost of repair. Updates are not installed as standard and will have to be requested prior to the start of the repair.
